These can be strange and anxiety provoking times, feeling panic and anxiety is a normal reaction.

Use your worry to guide you but not totally control and freak you out. Worry and anxiety are what keep us alive, its a built in danger detector, however, it is only helpful when the threat is in your immediate environment. Not when you are reacting to a danger in another corner of the world and can do nothing about.

Take reasonable and necessary precautions.

If it feels too much, take a step back, stop reading the news, knowing numbers are going up isn’t going to help you stay safer or healthier, there is such a thing as too much information.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Learning about boundaries has made me feel much safer

Having therapy has given me a safe space to explore childhood issues, thank you for holding space with me to explore all I needed to

It has allowed me to think about who I am and what I want

Lauren has been the best support after leaving an abusive marriage, it has given me strength

I have come away from therapy learning how to say NO and not feel bad for it!

Having therapy with Lauren has been life changing for me, I  had a space to be heard, validated, supported and understood. I have come away a newer version of myself with tools for life, coping mechanisms and education.
